About the role

  • Digital Readiness Assessment & Skills Mapping Administer digital readiness assessments to evaluate the current skills, experience, and learning needs of incoming students.
  • Provide individualized learning guidance and pathway recommendations to students based on assessment results and career goals.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain skills mapping frameworks that match learner profiles to the most suitable training pathways, courses, and credential streams.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with third-party training vendors, platform partners, and content providers.
  • Maintain an updated library of approved third-party courses and credentials, refreshing regularly to reflect emerging technologies and industry needs.
  • Stay updated on Canada's ICT sector and ICTC activities to ensure curated content remains relevant and supports learner career outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the AI Training & Business Transformation Specialist to integrate live facilitation touchpoints throughout the learner journey.
  • Develop and maintain program plans, project schedules, work plans, and calendars of events and meetings to meet deliverable requirements.
  • Coordinate with internal project staff and cross-functional teams (program, marketing, design, publication, translation) to ensure accurate, high-quality dissemination of materials and communications in English and French.
  • Liaise with design, publication, and translation departments to support production of learner-facing materials, reviewing outputs to ensure specifications are met.
  • Provide administrative support and documentation in collaboration with the broader team.

Requirements

  • Graduate degree in a relevant field is an asset.
  • Coordinate course access, enrollment, licensing, or partnership agreements with content providers as required (in coordination with ICTC partnerships or procurement staff).

Nice to have

  • Experience working in bilingual (English/French) or national program delivery environments is strongly preferred.

Skills

  • Candidates with a background in technology education (cloud computing, telecommunications, IoT, blockchain, AI) will be prioritized.
  • Proven track record of establishing learning outcome frameworks, KPIs, and curriculum quality assurance processes.
  • Experience utilizing a Learning Management System (LMS) and project management tools (e.g., Wrike, Microsoft Project, or equivalent).
