About the role

- As a Field Service Electronics Technician, you'll troubleshoot, repair, and test repairs at customer sites in our Mobile Product Hospital team.

Requirements
- You have a two-year electronic engineering technology degree or equivalent.
- You have a strong understanding of analog, digital, and microprocessor-based electronics.
- You are willing to travel up to 75% of the time.
- You enjoy working in an electronics lab work environment.
- You enjoy solving complex problems alongside your team.
Nice to have
- Working knowledge of structured programming.
- Process improvement experience.
- Physical Requirements
- Lift, push, pull and maneuver up to 20 pounds frequently, and up to 35 pounds occasionally
- Sit and stand for at least 8 hours
- Ability to differentiate color
- Use of computer keyboard devices
- Reach, bend, and twist
Skills
- Test, repair, convert, and troubleshoot problems of high complexity to the component level on SEL products.
- Provide basic troubleshooting training to junior department personnel.
Compensation
- Field Service Electronics Technician I $32.88 - $48.60 per hour.
- Field Service Electronics Technician II $35.83 - $52.94 per hour.
- Field Service Electronics Technician III $40.50 - $59.85 per hour.
- We set starting pay based on job-related factors such as your experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
