Responsibilities

  • Lead PR strategy and execution for customer stories, partnering with Customer Advocacy, Sales, and Customer Success to build an integrated content calendar
  • Pitch data-driven stories and research findings to tier-1 press, industry analysts, and social channels to drive market awareness
  • Build public sector communications initiatives, drafting GTM-aligned content and fostering relationships with trade and policy-adjacent media
  • You take full accountability for building and scaling integrated comms engines across customer, data, and public sector workstreams.
  • You partner seamlessly across ThreatLabz, Product, GTM, and Design teams to unify messaging and strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in PR, communications, or content marketing, ideally within B2B technology or SaaS

Compensation

  • $150,500 - $215,000 USD
  • Zscaler complies with all applicable federal, state, and local pay transparency rules.
