Responsibilities

  • Assess patient care needs and staffing priorities to help maintain effective workflow and positive patient outcomes.
  • Support documentation accuracy, regulatory compliance, and adherence to established nursing and organizational standards.
  • Lead and support high-quality patient care within a collaborative clinical environment where nursing leadership, team coordination, and patient safety are central to daily operations.
  • Deliver hands-on nursing leadership in a fast-paced clinical environment focused on patient safety, care coordination, and consistent high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master of Science in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.
  • 5+ years of nursing experience, including recent clinical practice within the past year.
