About the role
- Act as liaison and advocate for internal and external manufacturing facilities and operations KPIs.
- Identify and troubleshoot manufacturing sourcing strategy, partnering closely with procurement.
- Work closely with R&D, FSQA, Regulatory, Marketing, and the PMO teams.
Requirements
- University degree in Business, Engineering or Food Science
- 6+ years of experience in Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Research and Development
- Proven Project management experience, minimum 3 years
- Experience and knowledge of Lean Six Sigma tools and Continuous Improvement methodology
- The Manager will be required to report on project performance, flag risks to stakeholders, and create and execute mitigation strategies when necessary.
- Knowledge of import/ export across the Canada/ US border is an asset.
- Food or Consumer Packaged Goods industry experience would be considered an asset
- Strong people management skills, managerial experience as we as leading without direct influence
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, working cross functionally across the business
- Superior analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills and exposure to senior management
- Willingness to travel based on business requirements, up to 20-25% to visit partner and internal manufacturing facilities

- New Hire Base Salary Range:
- $104,200.00 - $130,200.00
- Bonus: This position is eligible for a performance-based bonus as provided by the plan terms and governing documents.

- The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors
