2+ years of working in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience.
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Proficiency in schematic design, electrical drawings, and system-level verification processes..
Experience with automation and data acquisition systems for battery testing.
The ideal candidate will be a technical expert in electrical circuits, system designing and selecting parts where our test systems meet the highest standards of performance, safety, and reliability.
Provide guidance and technical expertise to junior engineers and cross-functional teams involved in the battery development process.
This role requires the physical ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs, including frequent bending, reaching, and standing, if needed.
2+ years of experience in test systems design, including cycler and emulator development, power supply design, and component sizing.
Proven expertise in custom test setup development for components and system level.
Hands-on experience with electrical testing equipment and methodologies.

Master's degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
Experience with aerospace, automotive, or other high-reliability battery systems.
Familiarity with industry standards for battery testing and safety (e.g., IEC, UL, SAE).
Expertise in battery safety testing, thermal management, and failure analysis.
