Responsibilities
- POSITION DESCRIPTION: The Senior Technician, Electro- Mechanical is responsible for the overall maintenance of all manufacturing, facility, & support equipment.
Requirements
- Ability to program temperature controllers, Honeywell controllers, AC inverters, and DC controllers, as well as PLC knowledge.
- Thorough knowledge of the occupation hazards and corresponding safety precautions necessary for the safe performance of assigned duties.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment electrically, hydraulically, pneumatically, electro-mechanical, and mechanically.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and resolve issues across multiple departments
- Complete the required work order paperwork and document parts and material usage
- Personal Protective Equipment is to be used where required

- High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree preferred in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or other similar manufacturing-related specialization.
- At least 10+ years of food/beverage manufacturing experience is required. Beverage filling maintenance experience is preferred.
- Ability to install, inspect, repair, and maintain the mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and other related systems of all production & supporting equipment in a Safe and Secure manner.
- Demonstrates adaptability by reacting appropriately to unexpected changes in situations or circumstances
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Willingness to be a technical leader and trainer within a specific area of the plant or machine center.
- Safety, continuous improvement, and solutions-driven mindset
Nice to have
- Experience or knowledge of Siemens Automation (TIA) architecture is preferred.
- High School Diploma required
- Associate's Degree preferred in manufacturing, manufacturing technology, mechatronics, industrial manufacturing, manufacturing automation, or other similar manufacturing-related specialization.
- At least 10+ years of food/beverage manufacturing experience is required.
- Beverage filling maintenance experience is preferred.
- Bilingual (English & Spanish) preferred
Compensation
- Base Hourly Compensation Range: $49 - $55
