About the role

10Pearls is seeking an outstanding sales leader with responsibility for generating and closing new business opportunities with fintech organizations and large financial institutions.
This position will report directly to our Managing Director, Financial Services, and be a key leader in one of our fastest growing verticals.
The leader should be fluent in fintech and digital solutions, and be comfortable committing to meeting and exceeding revenue targets.

The leader will drive a consultative sales approach and bring the rolodex to get us in the door.

7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on strategic consulting and custom development services in the financial services industry.
Strong track record of success in closing new business opportunities including strong six and seven figure deals, as well as winning business from existing clients.
Trusted by clients as a source for ongoing financial services strategic expertise.
Ability to participate beyond the sales cycle and help ensure stellar execution of projects and client references.
Ability to actively participate in seeking ways to evolve the capabilities of the practice.
Ability to thrive in an environment that values entrepreneurial thinking.
Hands on experience working with fintech organizations and financial institutions.
Expertise in developing and executing sales strategies and tracking their success.
Experience identifying decision-makers and building and maintaining relationships with prospects and clients.
Goal oriented, thrives on exceeding both targets and client expectations.
