About the role
- This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy being on the floor, guiding teams, and ensuring production runs safely, efficiently, and with high quality.
- This is a hands-on leadership role requiring active engagement on the production floor throughout the shift.
- Final shift assignment will be confirmed at time of offer.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily direction, support, and coordination for a team of production employees
- Train and support team members, including new hires
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment
- Ability to communicate clearly in English (required for safety and coordination)
- Ability to work in a physically active, fast-paced environment
- Minimum Qualifications
Nice to have
- 1-3 years of manufacturing experience
- Familiarity with ERP or production tracking systems
- Experience in high-volume or shift-based manufacturing
- Bilingual (English/Spanish or English/Nepali) is a plus
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to identify quality issues
- Clear communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Active, floor-based role with extended standing and walking
- Exposure to manufacturing conditions (noise, equipment, materials)
- PPE required and provided where applicable
- Opportunity to grow into Supervisor roles as we scale

Compensation
- Base rate: $25.00 per hour
