About the role

We're seeking an Advisor, Community Events whose primary purpose is to operate our natural gas-fired mobile kitchen – preparing and serving food at strategic community events that showcase Enbridge Gas as a strong community partner and put the
- Working closely with the Lead, Community Events, you'll bring our energy to life at events across our Gas Distribution and Storage (GDS) footprint – cooking on the front line while managing the logistics, stakeholder relationships, and budgets that make each event a success.
Responsibilities
- Own the full food-service experience - setup, cooking, serving, food safety, and teardown - delivering a high-quality experience that reinforces Enbridge Gas as a trusted community partner.
- Manage vendor and supplier relationships while tracking budgets, expenses, and cost-saving opportunities.
- Serve as a professional brand ambassador, building strong relationships with internal teams, community partners, and stakeholders.
- Support community engagement initiatives that align with organizational goals and foster positive, inclusive experiences.
- Manage incoming event requests, assessing alignment with priorities, budgets, and capacity.
- Develop event plans, logistics schedules, and tracking tools

Requirements
- 4+ years coordinating and delivering events, ideally in community engagement or stakeholder-facing environments.
- Strong organizational, budgeting, and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities in a fast-paced setting.
- Adaptable and resilient, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting schedules.
- a valid driver's license is required.
- Final candidates for this position may be required to undergo a security screening, including a criminal records check.
Compensation
- Ranges from $82,000 - $95,000 CAD for Ontario locations based upon candidate's experience, skills, and internal equity.
- Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates.
