Responsibilities
- To lead through product and services that transform our clients' lives.
- To learn and develop our skills as individuals and as a team.
- Support the development and enhancement of systems used in portfolio management, trading, and investment operations
- Work with financial and investment data to help drive insights and decision-making
- Partner with engineers, analysts, and investment professionals to deliver technology solutions aligned to business needs
- Participate in Agile teams contributing to design, testing, and delivery of new features or improvements
- Gain exposure to how technology supports Vanguard's funds, ETFs, and investment strategies
- Build relationships with peers, mentors, and leaders across Vanguard
- Receive ongoing coaching and feedback to support your development
Requirements
- Pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (required)
