About the role
- They will assure that all program standards are met and that the overall quality of the program is upheld.
- They will report to the Coordinator or Manager of the specific department in regards to any areas of concern.
- They will provide assistance/training to the staff and/or persons to assure that each person receives the services identified by the person's team.

- Qualifications · Experience working with people with disabilities, children, or elderly persons. · A High School Diploma or GED is required, bachelors' degree is preferred. · A criminal background check must be completed and meet state regulations. · A copy of driver's license and car insurance is required (only in special circumstance will a person not be required to have these documents). · Three positive references; at least two from previous employers. · Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
