Hayward Flow Control products are used in water and wastewater treatment, chemical processing & transfer, chemical feed, aquatic/animal life support systems, mining, and many other industrial processing systems worldwide.

Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, while also managing priorities.

Calculations required.

3+ years' work experience in a Business to Business (B2B) customer-facing service team.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products
Experience with Salesforce system is a plus.
Experience negotiating resolutions, finding solutions, and balancing company and customer expectations.
Bi-lingual skills (fluent in Spanish) is a plus.
Associate degree in related discipline OR comparable CSR experience in place of degree.

This position is responsible for providing administrative support to our customers on all Hayward Flow Control products.
As part of our growth strategy, we are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as Inside Sales Support for our Flow Control product line, in our Clemmons, North Carolina location.
