About the role

  • You will be responsible for project managing small to medium sized projects and serving as the key point of contact for large complex projects.
  • You will work alongside senior leadership to track project financials and grow their business development and marketing skills.

Responsibilities

  • Manage projects and internal teams to achieve financial goals.
  • Develop and reviews design calculations for standard and custom façade components, including strength and deflection design of glass and metals.
  • Interpret building codes and project/design/construction specifications.
  • Attends construction meetings, performs site inspections, and prepares field reports for clients.
  • Team coordination would include working with design architects, structural engineers, conservators, testing labs, owners, owner representatives, and contractors.
  • Additional in-house coordination would include TT's diverse disciplines, including protective design, renewal, structural design, and sustainability, as well as other TT offices around the US and Canada.
  • Advanced knowledge of facade practices, background in structural design/calculations, strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees and clients.

  • Must be conscientious and creative, detail-oriented, and professional with attentiveness to client communications.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
  • Master's degree preferred.

Compensation

  • The rate for this position generally is $103,000 - $124,000.
  • This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to the Massachusetts Equal Pay for Equal Work Act and Equal Pay Transparency Rules.
  • It is based on what a successful Massachusetts applicant might be paid and assumes that the successful candidate will be in Massachusetts or perform the position from Massachusetts.
  • Similar positions located outside of Massachusetts will not necessarily receive the same compensation.
  • Actual pay rates may vary from the range, as permitted by Massachusetts Equal Pay Transparency Law.
  • A potential new employee's pay history will not be used in compensation decisions.
