- This role works closely with the IT PMO leader, technical teams, and business stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a foundational understanding of IT systems and project management methodologies.
Responsibilities
- Supports development of project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
- Tracks project progress and maintains status reports, dashboards, and documentation
- Facilitates meetings, prepares agendas, and documents meeting notes and action items
- Supports change management and communication efforts
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, IT support, or related roles
- Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., MS Project/Planner)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)
Nice to have
- PMP certification
- Experience working on ERP and infrastructure projects
- Understanding of SDLC and IT service management concepts
- Exposure to budgeting and financial tracking
- Attention to detail
- Problem-solving mindset
- Team collaboration
- Adaptability and willingness to learn
