About the role
- Utilizes an elder centered approach based on Elder centered principles to provide personal care and assistance with activities of daily living.
- Each Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) is assigned to a primary household of 16 Elders working with a multidisciplinary team.
- Qualifications: High school diploma or GED.
Requirements
- CNA License Required
- High school diploma or GED.
- Prefer previous experience in the medical field.
- Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration.
- Iowa Certified Nurse Aide or recent course completion and passing test scores.
- Active status on the Direct Care Worker's Registry.
