About the role
- The Contracts Administrator plays a key administrative role within the Legal and Business Affairs function of the company.
- This role is responsible for drafting contracts, managing the end-to-end processing of contracts, ensuring timely execution, and maintaining contract records.

- Maintain and update contract records in our contracts management system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal processes.

- Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

- Experience with publishing contracts and knowledge of intellectual property rights.
- Prior work experience in a publishing or media company.
- Preferred Experience:
Skills
- Proficiency in contract drafting and negotiation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with contract management systems or databases.
Compensation
- Annual Salary: 60,100.00 - 68,700.00
