About the role
- Our health network operates eastern Wisconsin's only academic medical center and adult Level I Trauma center engaged in thousands of clinical trials and studies.
- The Froedtert & MCW health network, which includes ten hospitals, nearly 2,000 physicians and more than 45 health centers and clinics draw patients from throughout the Midwest and the nation.
- This position is responsible for the development of and adherence to department budgets and is accountable for process improvement strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analytical skills and judgment necessary to resolve complex issues and to create and implement effective programs across the organization
- Excellent organizational skills, including process/detail focus and demonstrated ability to drive projects to completion
Requirements
- Experience in a leadership role is required
Nice to have
- BSN degree is preferred
Skills
- Knowledge of current occupational health best practices, applicable laws and regulations
- Effective interpersonal skills necessary to communicate with staff at all levels within the organization
- Customer service orientation
- Expertise in the use of computer programs including Word, spreadsheets, HR information systems, e-mail and use of the internet
- Familiarity with case management programs
- If other licensed healthcare professional, current state of Wisconsin license is required.
- Registered Nursing License is preferred.

Benefits
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in occupational health or other comparable experience is required
- Bachelor's degree in a healthcare related field is required
- COHN (Certified Occupational Health Nurse) is preferred
