About the role
- Connect with area business leaders by phone, email, in-person meetings, and professional networking events.
- Work with an elite recruitment team to fulfill special projects and interim positions in audit, financial reporting, FP&A, M&A, taxation, software implementations, and more.
- Keep a regular pulse on the market as it relates to businesses and hiring trends. (e.g., Expansions, mergers/acquisitions, dissolutions, relocations, new businesses entering the market, etc.…)
Responsibilities
- Actively develop and maintain a target client list.
- Manage open client opportunities from intake to fulfillment.
- Manage your daily and weekly schedule and activities in alignment with productivity goals.
- Paid CPE seminars to maintain your CPA license and license renewal fees
Requirements

Nice to have
- Bachelor's Degree required.
- CPA, CFA, MBA or related designation highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in accounting/financial consulting and/or audit.
- Public Accounting and/or Big Four experience highly preferred.

Compensation
- Guaranteed Base Salary + Uncapped Commission
- $75,000 - $85,000 USD
- Annual incentive trips to five star destinations for you and a guest
