About the role
- We are seeking reliable and dedicated Drivers to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers while providing excellent customer service.
- The Driver will operate a company vehicle and have a company fuel card.
Responsibilities
- Maintain vehicle cleanliness
- Operate the company provided smartphone and app to manage routes and client information
Requirements
- Must be at least 23 years old
- Minimum 3 years driving experience
- Ability to operate vehicles
- Must be reliable and punctual
- Ability to sit for long periods of time
- Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, demonstrating excellent problem-solving skills
- Valid Driver's License
- Clean driving record (subject to DMV driving record check)
- Completion of DOT physical (company will pay for upon hire)
- Physically able to assist clients and regularly lift up to 50lbs
- Must pass a background check and drug screening
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable using smartphone technology (training provided).
Nice to have
- CPR/First Aid Certification (or willing to obtain)
- Previous professional driving experience or customer service experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
