About the role
- Red Nucleus is seeking a motivated individual to join their Advisory practice and be a part of a team of consultants committed to delivering quality results to their clients and their businesses.
Responsibilities
- The Managing Consultants / Associate Partners / Partners will serve as experts in delivery and ensure account growth.
- They will lead or support others in leading business development to drive strategic growth for SS&A with a key focus in Advisory.
- The role will require the Managing Consultants / Associate Partners / Partners to represent Red Nucleus in addressing the client's needs.
- Solution design and implementation
- Innovative system design
- Lead others in problem solving and addressing engagement challenges
- Oversee and manage a team with high-yield deliverables
- Proactively support the business and staff in meeting objectives
- Contribute to a foundational presence in the industry as a trusted partner and leader
- Own a division and lead its growth to the next level
Requirements
- At least 8 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ability to multi-task with superior organization skills
