Responsibilities
- Strategy & Partner Management
- Lead GEICO's affiliate and aggregator marketing strategy across key partners to drive profitable customer acquisition and growth
- Develop and optimize partner economics and commercial frameworks to improve conversion efficiency and cost per new business
- Own day-to-day performance management of affiliate and aggregator partners, including forecasting, pacing, bidding, troubleshooting, and relationship management
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard new affiliate, aggregator, and strategic partner opportunities that scale volume while maintaining quality standards
- Establish a testing and measurement agenda to assess incrementality, partner quality, traffic performance, and long-term value
- Drive continuous improvement in partner performance through optimization of placements, offers, landing experiences, and conversion pathways
- Partner with Analytics, Finance, Product, Creative, and the broader Performance Marketing team to align affiliate strategy with company growth objectives

Compensation
- $146,575.00 - $229,600.00 The above annual salary range is a general guideline.
- Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/ annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate.
