Hanwha Energy USA has recently embarked to enter the energy retail market in deregulated markets throughout North America.

Develop, implement and manage effective billing strategies, policies and procedures for residential, commercial and industrial accounts.
Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow and reduce DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
Manage, maintain, and report on revenue performance to management.
Action the dispute resolution process from end to end, by proactively mitigating customer disputes, negotiating and ensuring customer disputes to resolution and document root cause.
Manage and adhere to compliance protocols as outlined by the Public Utility Commissions and other government entities.

Bachelor's degree in business or related areas from an accredited four-year university OR minimum two years previous supervisor experience in Complex Billing Operations can substitute for a degree.
Minimum of 5 years' operations experience in back-office operations (i.e., customer set up, Complex billing, contract management, customer relations).
Experience in the deregulated energy market, primarily ERCOT, PJM, NYISO and NEPOOL.
Proven negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
Proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.

$80,000 - $110,000 salary
