- In this role, you'll help deliver code-compliant mechanical solutions across HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems for the vertical building industry.
- Mechanical engineers design HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) systems, central plants, building automation and controls, and energy recovery solutions
- The team uses lifecycle analysis, rapid energy modeling, and sustainable design practices to support occupant comfort, superior indoor air quality, and reduced energy consumption
- IMEG's mechanical team has earned multiple international ASHRAE Technology Awards for energy-efficient HVAC designs
- Mechanical designs are focused on delivering innovative, high-performance systems across a range of facility types
Requirements
- Advanced proficiency in design techniques, tools, and concepts involved in the production of technical plans and specifications
- ability to clearly communicate in both oral and written communication to individuals or groups
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Ability to travel up to 20% with occasional overnight stays

- Bachelor of Science (BS) Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent, required
Compensation
- Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
- Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership options.
- $112,000 - $170,000
- State of Colorado Salary Range: $112,000 - $170,000
