- As a Senior Trial Attorney, you'll handle bodily injury, property damage lawsuits, and more, with trials, arbitrations, and mediations.
Responsibilities
- Manages projects efficiently, fostering coordination and collaboration among legal teams.
- collaborates with other areas of the Law and Regulation (L&R) department
- 4+ years of proven litigation experience or strong litigation-type skills, such as case strategy development, legal research, and advocacy, with the ability to manage complex disputes and work effectively under pressure.
Requirements
- The candidate(s) offered this position will be required to submit to a background investigation.
- When working from home, you must have a dedicated, private workspace free from distractions, along with appropriate desk and seating.
- Reliable internet is required, with minimum speeds of 50 MB download and 5 MB upload.
Nice to have
- First or second chair jury trial experience is preferred.
- Proven experience with insurance defense is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, LexisNexis (preferred), and internet research.

Compensation
- The compensation offered for this role is $120, 000.00 - $150, 000.00 annually and is based on experience and qualifications.
