About the role
- We're looking for a Head Infant/Toddler Teacher who is passionate about early childhood education and eager to make a difference in children's lives.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement creative, inquiry-based activities and lesson plans.
- Support children in reaching key developmental milestones through exploration and play.
- Build trusting, open relationships with families through consistent communication.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive classroom that encourages discovery.
- Collaborate with co-teachers and leadership to uphold Vivvi's mission and curriculum.
- Value and create trusting relationships with children, families, and colleagues
- As a Head Infant/Toddler Teacher, you'll lead an engaging, child-centered classroom where curiosity is encouraged, families feel supported, and your professional voice matters.
- In this role, you'll create a nurturing classroom environment, lead engaging lessons, and support each child's social, emotional, and cognitive growth.
Requirements
- Have 1-5 years of experience working in a Head Teacher capacity
- Hold an Associates, Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Early Childhood, Child Development, or a related field.
Compensation
- $23-$29.40 per hour (based on education and experience)
