  • Now hiring an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician who is HVAC or EPA certified.

Responsibilities

  • To help maintain the highest standards for our apartment community.
  • Your role will be to assist residents with open work orders by making minor repairs within apartments and alongside the Lead Maintenance Technician on routine maintenance and capital improvement projects onsite.
  • Follow guidelines and your own expertise to turn around vacant apartment units and prepare them for new residents to move into

Requirements

  • HVAC Type I and Type II/EPA Universal Certification is required
  • High school graduate; technical school preferred but not required
  • The identified candidate is required to provide proof of a valid Driver's License in good standing for consideration of hire.

Compensation

  • The pay rate for this position is $27-$28 per hour.
  • Are eligible for employer provided benefits as well as added income via quarterly bonuses - up to 5% of the annual salary.

  • Each On-Call Rotation earns a weekly On-Call Stipend - paid directly to you even if you're not called to the property
  • Are eligible for employer provided benefits as well as added income via quarterly bonuses - up to 5% of the annual salary.
  • Are eligible for a $100 stipend for on-call duties.
