About the role
- This position is expected to have a key role in setting the strategy and influencing the roadmap for the company.
- Pay Range $185,000 - $225,000 USD Compliance with all company policies, including but not limited to the company's COVID-19 vaccination policy and testing and face-covering policy, is a condition of employment.
- When working in the office, we follow CDC guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Take a leadership role in ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery of products across the full application lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and support.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields.
- Eight years of experience in enterprise business solution development and delivery
- Five years of experience in managing Web Platforms
- Experience in managing ERP Platforms
- Experience with transforming ERP Platforms - either CRM or Finance Ops
- Experience with managing environments and data refreshes
- Experience leading offshore development teams and show success
- Experience with managing data management teams including strategy to evolve the data and reporting
- Must have in-depth experience in development, implementation, and deployment of software solutions.
- Must have hands-on experience with Web Platforms, preferably Sitecore.
Compensation
- $185,000 - $225,000 USD
