Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, forecasts, and work breakdown structures to manage scope, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Manage project budgets, track costs against approved plans, and support budget forecasting throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Identify project risks, develop risk mitigation plans, and coordinate internal and external resources to address issues impacting project delivery.
  • Coordinate installation scoping activities, engineering reviews, documentation management, and project readiness requirements to support successful installations.
  • You will need to live within commuting distance to Orlando, Fl as this role supports the field 60% of the time.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of project management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree
  • OR Associate's degree with minimum 4 years of relevant work experience
  • OR high school diploma with minimum 6 years of relevant work experience.
  • Experience managing project schedules, budgets, scope, and risk throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Knowledge of construction processes, construction schedules, trade coordination, site readiness requirements, facility renovation activities, or construction project coordination.

Nice to have

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent project management certification.
  • Experience managing large-volume and complex capital installation projects.
  • Travel Percentage: 60%

  • $89,300 - $148,800 USD Annual
