About the role
- Position Overview Quatrain Creative is seeking senior-level graphic designers for long-term freelance partnerships.
- We will supply client brand guidelines (if available) and loose direction from the client.
- Reliability, proactive communication, and consistent adherence to deadlines are essential.
Responsibilities
- Your experience does not include long-form content design.
Requirements
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe InDesign (including layout features like styles, text wrap, parent pages, etc.) is required.
Nice to have
- Experience leading and mentoring junior designers.
- Available for quick turnaround projects.
- Experience designing for a B2B or C-suite audience.
- You're primarily focused on branding, UI/UX, packaging, or illustration.
- You need the help of an art director or creative director to produce client-ready work.
- You are not highly proficient in Adobe InDesign.
- Can work autonomously, seeking real-world examples to familiarize themselves with the client's brand and voice and produce compelling, on-brand work with engaging visuals.
- Possesses excellent project management, time management, and communication skills.
