Responsibilities
- We combine agentic AI with expert human oversight to deliver faster, more accurate and fully transparent claims handling - from first notice of loss to resolution.
- As a member of Strala's Claims team, you'll report to and work alongside the VP of Claims to deliver world-class service to our clients.
- You'll work remotely in a fast-paced, high-growth environment to investigate auto property damage losses, determine liability, evaluate vehicle damages, and drive fair, timely resolutions.
- You'll have the support of a collaborative team and ongoing coaching as we scale our capabilities.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience handling auto PD claims (first-party and third-party)
- Active Adjuster License
- Familiar with estimate review, total loss evaluation, and repair management
- Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated
- Collaborative, curious, and comfortable with change
