Responsibilities
- Lead and conduct training on Baxter portfolio products and services at the service center, territory, and area levels.
Requirements
- To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
- The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
- Ability to acquire and maintain a DOT physical card required
Nice to have
- Applicable technical or trade school training preferred
Compensation
- To that end, this position has a base hourly/salary range of $72,000 to $99,000.
- The actual salary may vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills/ experience, time in role, business line, and geographic/ office location.

- 3+ years working with medical devices/FDA regulated products in a hands-on environment preferred

- Complete all required safety and compliance learning modules on a timely basis and complete medical testing in a timely manner.
- Perform complex repairs on medical products beyond simple and minor cosmetic repairs or component replacements.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance procedures on various medical products, including pre-installation maintenance, and modification procedures.
