- This role will provide practical, business-focused counsel across a broad range of sales and commercial matters.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal partner to the Sales organization on strategic and day-to-day commercial matters
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Commercial Operations, Finance, Compliance, Marketing, and other stakeholders to enable business objectives while managing legal risk
- Develop practical guidance, templates, and scalable processes that improve speed, consistency, and risk management
- Support resolution of escalated customer and commercial issues
- Manage a team of attorneys and paralegals
- Experience building playbooks, templates, and scalable legal processes

Requirements
- This is a highly visible role for a senior attorney who brings strong commercial judgment, deep experience supporting sales organizations, and the ability to influence outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
