About the role

- This role is accountable for the long-term health and growth of the product, balancing player satisfaction with business performance while leading a cross-functional team.
Responsibilities
- Live Operations Leadership: Lead LiveOps strategy, including events, promotions, content cadence, economy management and feature launches.
- Ensure liveops delivers engaging player experiences while maximizing retention and monetization
- Continuously optimize the player lifecycle through experimentation and data-driven decision making
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a multidisciplinary development team by:
- Partner closely with central leaders to ensure alignment around game objective and execution priorities
- Player Experience: Lead and manage with a player first mindset and champion the player experience by:
Nice to have
- Casual casino or social casino experience
- Experience managing Bingo or card-based games
- Experience scaling mature live-service games
- Familiarity with experimentation frameworks and A/B testing
- Experience collaborating with User Acquisition and CRM teams
- Experienced a full production from inception to live-ops of a high-profile f2p casual game.
- Ability to prototype and demonstrate ideas is a huge plus.
