About the role
- You will operate with minimal supervision and bring the technical depth and communication skills needed to get things done right.
- A new employee to the organization will be employed by Innovative Advantage Inc.
Responsibilities
- You will troubleshoot and repair complex assemblies to the component level, partner with engineers on new product bring up, and serve as the technical anchor for junior technicians on the team.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and authorized to work in the United States.
Nice to have
- Apply root cause analysis methodology to identify the cause of issues, not just replace parts.
- Execute component level repairs in accordance with J STD 001 and IPC A 610 standards.
- Execute automated testing using a variety of ATE and special test consoles on newly manufactured products and product returns.
- Oversee day to day lab operations and step in to solve issues as they arise.
- Deep working knowledge of circuit boards, electronic equipment, and highly integrated systems, including FPGAs and microcontrollers.
- Experience with digital signal processing circuits, including high speed video and audio signals.
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, drawings, test procedures, specifications, BOMs, and related engineering documentation.
- Proficient soldering skills aligned with IPC A 610 workmanship standards.
Compensation
- $30.00 per hour to $50.00 per hour. •
