- About the Team and Opportunity Joining the Customer Success Team as a Licensed Financial Advisor means you'll play a pivotal role in two distinct but related areas.
Responsibilities
- Partner: Partner with a cross-functional team to create a best-in-class experience for D2C clients and enterprise partners Build: Build and maintain strong client relationships and provide ongoing feedback on software product development Influence: Serve as a subject matter expert across our software solutions and contribute to case studies involving the use of our platform
