About the role
- We are seeking an Asphalt Milling Laborer to join our team and support milling operations by performing manual tasks associated with asphalt placement and finishing. The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- - Assist with the placement, spreading, and leveling of asphalt materials
Responsibilities
- Support paving machine operators by maintaining material flow and job site cleanliness
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Collaborate with site supervisors and other construction staff to ensure project success
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in construction practices
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs and working in all weather conditions
Requirements
- The position requires attention to detail and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in asphalt or construction industry preferred
- Having a CDL is a nice to have
