Educational Outreach and Student Services (EOSS) is committed to enrolling all qualified students at Arizona State University and assisting them in their academic success.

Student Support Specialist 3
Student Support Services
Performs due diligence review, research, or referrals regarding complaints or possible violations related to the ADA.
Meets with students to determine current accessibility needs requiring accommodations and provides ongoing support for the duration of their academic career.
Work collaboratively with high schools, community colleges, universities, Vocational Rehabilitation and other community agencies to provide ongoing support for students.
Conduct presentations, develop programming, and engage with various departments and agencies in order to ensure collaborative support for students with disabilities.
Maintain confidential files and records.
Support and participate in spirit, pride, and tradition initiatives.

Bachelor's degree and five (5) years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field
Experience working with students taking in-person and online courses.
Ability to effectively communicate with a variety of stakeholders, including interpersonal and presentation skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders in and outside the University.
Ability to apply critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills related to analysis and determining solutions.
Work performed is subject to extended periods of sitting and standing and may be required to sit and/or stand for prolonged periods of time.

$60,000 per year
