About the role

The Senior Technical Operations Consultant is responsible for driving complex warehouse process improvement initiatives by analyzing, mapping, and optimizing operations within SAP WM and EWM environments.
The consultant serves as a key subject-matter resource, facilitating workshops with stakeholders across varying levels of the organization and providing expert recommendations that influence operational decisions.
The position requires advanced analytical capabilities, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to influence cross-functional teams while continuously advancing operational excellence.

Travels to client sites up to 50% of the time to collaborate in person, evaluate operations, and review SOPs and practices in action.

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience
or no degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Experience solving complex problems and owning workstreams.
Strong SAP WM/EWM proficiency applied to operational design, mapping, and procedure standardization.
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, or related field and 5-7 years of relevant experience; or no degree and 7-10 years of relevant experience.
Demonstrated success creating and implementing SOPs to standardize and improve warehouse operations.
Advanced analysis and problem framing; ability to lead difficult conversations (scope, risks, tradeoffs).
High credibility in client environments; strong facilitation skills and written communication skills.
Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (which requires U.S. citizenship).

Lean/Six Sigma certification (Green/Black Belt preferred) or equivalent.

In accordance with pay transparency law, the expected salary range for this position is $150,000 - $165,000 annually.
The actual compensation offered will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, qualifications, skills, and location.
