About the role

A fast, accurate, and frictionless claims process is what turns a policy into real protection, which makes it one of the most consequential parts of the business to get right.
Identify opportunities to improve code quality, system reliability, and the claims experience for internal and external users.
Communicate updates, risks, blockers, and recommendations clearly and proactively.

As a Senior Software Engineer, you'll own a slice of the platform end to end, taking features from requirements through development, QA, and production.
You'll build reliable, user-focused systems that keep the claims experience fast and frictionless and give internal teams the data and tooling they need to adjudicate quickly.
Collaborate with a cross-functional team to turn business needs into practical engineering solutions, and build features across backend, frontend, and APIs.
Lead technical design discussions, evaluate tradeoffs, and write clean, maintainable code through a strong code review culture.
Analyze, review, and maintain codebases, data models, and technical documentation.
Manage assigned work independently and follow through on commitments, deadlines, and deliverables.
