Forge Health is seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner to join our multi-disciplinary team in New Hampshire.
The successful candidate will ideally be in-person sitting in our Manchester, NH facility, or can be performed remotely, and reports into our Chief Medical Officer.
2+ years experience as a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP)
Must possess a valid Nurse Practitioner license in NH, and a current Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) certification by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC)
