About the role
- Contributes to efficient project execution by monitoring progress, identifying both routine and non-routine project issues, and recommending solutions.
- Enhances team performance by sharing general project knowledge and actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives involving moderately complex tasks and processes.

Responsibilities
- Assists in reviewing construction drawings, specifications, and submittals to ensure accuracy and compliance with project goals, while maintaining regular field presence to support safe work execution, including attendance at safety meetings such as stretch and flex and engagement in high-risk activity planning and controls.
- Monitors standard project schedules and budgets, tracks labor productivity, and reports variances to support timely corrective actions based on established guidelines.
- Supports the implementation of standard quality assurance and safety protocols throughout all project phases.
- Prepares and maintains project documentation, including progress reports and technical records.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, a related field, or equivalent experience required.
- 4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
- OSHA 30 program completion within 6 months of hire is required.
- 0 - 4 years of experience in construction engineering, project engineering, or a related field required.
