Employer immigration record

from this employer's Department of Labor filings

Green-card filing pattern in this occupation

Context, not a finding about this posting: of this employer's 3 green-card filings in this occupation, 100% were for a worker who already held the job.

Sourced from Department of Labor LCA, PERM and prevailing-wage disclosure data. Employer matching is by name, so figures may be split across an employer's legal entities. Absence of a filing means none appears in our copy of the data, not that none exists.

About the role

  • By attracting top talent and leveraging cutting-edge technology, we're enabling people to unlock real financial progress.
  • The products and service that help those plans move forward depend on a company that stays organized, compliant, and ready for every question an investor, auditor or regulator asks.
  • In your first year, you'll become the person Legal, Finance, IT, Tax, Treasury and the People Team turn to when a request needs an owner: a diligence list from an investor, an audit request with a deadline, a filing due next week.

Responsibilities

  • You build the tracker before anyone asks for one, and you always know what's due next.
  • By fostering a culture of empathy and collaboration, we create a strong sense of belonging and support for every team member.

Requirements

  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to multi-task in a demanding, deadline-driven environment
  • Experience with corporate transactions, due diligence, and compliance
  • Experience managing budgets and vendor relationships, including law firm billing
  • You can run several workstreams for several stakeholders at once and keep each of them informed without being chased.
  • You're comfortable working with limited day-to-day supervision from an attorney, and you know which questions are worth taking to one.
  • Sound like a mission you can get behind?
