- Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field, with the ideal candidate possessing a degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and/or Economics
- Leadership and organizational skills are required to direct the activities of multiple teams.
- Technical skills (and the ability to learn new technology) is required for the role, with a focus on being conversant with Azure cloud technology, SQL, Java, and APIs
- A collaborative approach to working
- Agile experience as a product owner or product manager is required for this role
Skills
- 10+ years of relevant industry experience in the portfolio accounting or fund accounting domains
- Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables, and to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A collaborative approach to working; Agile experience as a product owner or product manager is required for this role
- Experience working with cloud applications is a plus, but not required

- Responsible for managing an implementation group that works on large scale, complex, enterprise wide initiatives.
- These initiatives involve technology change, business process redesigns and operating model reviews/ amendments.
- Conducts performance management and career development processes, and staffing and disciplinary actions.
- Job focus is on managing others and applying operational or strategic management skills.
- Management responsibilities and decisions include hiring, performance reviews, pay decisions and development.
- Achieves goals mostly through work of others.
Compensation
- Salary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
- $137,400 - 240,400 USD
