Bachelor's degree in a pertinent field, with the ideal candidate possessing a degree in Finance, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, and/or Economics
Leadership and organizational skills are required to direct the activities of multiple teams.
Technical skills (and the ability to learn new technology) is required for the role, with a focus on being conversant with Azure cloud technology, SQL, Java, and APIs
A collaborative approach to working
Agile experience as a product owner or product manager is required for this role

10+ years of relevant industry experience in the portfolio accounting or fund accounting domains
Excellent organizational skills, the ability to prioritize multiple deliverables, and to work independently with minimum supervision.
Excellent oral and written communication skills

Experience working with cloud applications is a plus, but not required

Responsible for managing an implementation group that works on large scale, complex, enterprise wide initiatives.
These initiatives involve technology change, business process redesigns and operating model reviews/ amendments.
Conducts performance management and career development processes, and staffing and disciplinary actions.
Job focus is on managing others and applying operational or strategic management skills.
Management responsibilities and decisions include hiring, performance reviews, pay decisions and development.
Achieves goals mostly through work of others.
