About the role

  • Summary Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment, and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
  • Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
  • Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form.

Responsibilities

  • Freedom to succeed by enabling team members to deliver, take initiatives and make decisions
  • Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other critical equipment.
  • Perform maintenance on other equipment including Forklifts, Passenger Lifts, Lighting, Hydraulic equipment, Fountains, and Pumps.
