About the role

Summary Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the facility's structure, equipment, and grounds, including all trades (mechanical, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, etc.).
Conducts routine, periodic, or special inspections to determine repair and maintenance work necessary to prevent breakdowns of facilities, machinery, and equipment.
Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form.

Perform maintenance and preventive maintenance on the HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and other critical equipment.
Perform maintenance on other equipment including Forklifts, Passenger Lifts, Lighting, Hydraulic equipment, Fountains, and Pumps.
