About the role
- 💰 Pay Range: $30/hr. - $38/hr. based on experience and qualifications.
- The Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for all product movements, raw and finished goods inventories and organization, development, and performance of the warehouse team.
- The Warehouse Supervisor will also be responsible for transportation, raw material acceptance procedures, off-site warehousing and performance tracking of manpower and materials.
Responsibilities
- Lead by example to build a high-performing team culture centered on accountability, safety, and continuous improvement.
- Train new hires and on-going staff members in proper warehouse processes and develop any training documentation need it.
- Build and manage daily and weekly work schedules that support volume needs and service levels
- Work with the logistics department to optimize daily inbound/outbound schedule.
- Drive weekly pre-shift meeting with focus on performance metrics and ensure smooths handoff.
- In collaboration with the Logistic team support all OTIF reduction initiatives.
- Perform other duties as needed to support a high-performance operation.
- This role will be on our 2n d shift (M-F 1:00pm - 9:30pm + weekend work as needed) with weekend work as needed to support the business.
Requirements
- This position requires the ability to withstand working in a cold environment and stand for extended periods of time.
- however, hours may extend beyond the typical workday, and some weekend work may be required during peak season.

- Fork-lift certification required.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Solid experience with WMS or D365 is a plus.
