About the role

  • Maschmeyer Concrete is currently seeking an eager and dependable Customer Service Representative (Dispatch) to join our team in Florida!
  • The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering incoming customers' calls, scheduling deliveries of concrete to satisfy customers' needs, process customers' payments, and maintain adequate communication with Delivery Professionals.

  • Maschmeyer Concrete is currently seeking an eager and dependable Customer Service Representative (Dispatch) to join our team in Florida!
  • Prior experience in the concrete and/or construction industry is preferred, but not required.
  • Bilingual (Spanish)
  • Knowledge of ready-mix concrete and concrete block

Skills

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Knowledge of ready-mix concrete and concrete block; preferred
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills; including Microsoft Office
  • Willingness to learn
