Responsibilities
- Perform sales by utilizing consultative sales scripting and rebuttal techniques
- Manage personal lead pipeline to maximize efficiency and productivity
- Diligently update all lead file notes, phases, and statuses in the CRM
Requirements
- You are self-motivated and highly driven

Compensation
- Earn a base pay combined with an uncapped commission structure designed to generously reward top performers.
- Average annual earnings range from $100k to $300k, but top performers make more, and the only limit is your drive to succeed.
- The base salary range represents the anticipated salary range for this position.
- The actual base salary offered within the range will depend on numerous factors including the individual's skills, experience, performance, and the location where work is performed.
- In addition to base salary, this position qualifies for commission.
- The average sales agent makes around $150,000/yr (base + commission + bonus).
