Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee facilities operations across all offices within the assigned region
- Partner with Global and Corporate Real Estate teams to implement enterprise initiatives at the regional level
- Implement approved standards, policies, and procedures related to building operations, safety, and workplace infrastructure
- Drive continuous improvement in response times, service quality, and operational resilience
- Directly manage and provide functional leadership to Office Managers / Receptionists on facilities-related matters
- Allocate regional resources effectively to support business priorities and project demands
- Support hiring, onboarding, coaching, and development of regional facilities talent
- Partner with Real Estate leadership on cost forecasting, budgeting, and vendor strategy
- Maintain regional oversight of critical building systems, emergency preparedness, and life-safety compliance
- Partner with Workplace, Security, and IT teams on access control, infrastructure coordination, and incident response
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate, Business, or related field
- 8-12+ years of progressive experience in facilities management or corporate real estate
- Proven people-management experience with geographically dispersed teams
- Detail-oriented with the ability to identify regional patterns and risks
- This position may require the ability to lift up to 15 pounds.
- Demonstrated experience managing multi-site, multi-market facilities operations
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, building operations, and compliance requirements
- Financial acumen to evaluate cost/benefit, manage budgets, and support business cases
- Excellent judgment, discretion, and communication skills in a client-focused environment
- Strategic yet highly operational leader
- Calm, decisive, and accountable during incidents
- Strong partner to Real Estate, Workplace, and executive leadership
- Aligned with Corient's premium service and UHNW client expectations
- This position requires the physical capabilities to work in an office environment, which may include prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Compensation
- The pay range for this position is $140,000-$150,000 USD per year.
