About the role
- The role devises or modifies procedures and processes to solve complex business problems while considering system capabilities, operational constraints, scalability, and desired outcomes.
- The role exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives, evaluating alternatives, recommending solutions, and driving assignments to completion with minimal direction.
- Candidates may be based in Dallas, TX; Louisville, KY; or Nashville, TN.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or comparative working experience
- Knowledge of Systems Development Life Cycle
- Experience in problem analysis and process
- 3 or more years' working experience with Microsoft 365 tools including Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Visio, Teams and collaboration platforms.
- Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences
Nice to have
- Six Sigma certification
- PMP certification
- Demonstrated experience with process documentation and re-engineering

Compensation
- The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
- The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
- $80,900 - $110,300 per year
- This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
- This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
